Return Policy

We want you to love your TEKAMON chair. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, clean, and in unassembled condition.

• Quality Issues: We cover all return shipping costs.

• Personal Preference: The customer is responsible for return freight for non-quality-related returns. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
